Give each work a special grade that you can understand on your own
Some people love imagination to a great degree, and among these imaginations is what is called the degree of importance of the work. They give each work a grade. If the work is big and huge, they give it a big grade, and if it is difficult, they increase the grade. As for the deeds, They give each work some varying degrees according to the size of the work. If they want to complete these tasks, they give each work its time and put in the effort and put the big work in order to finish it first. This is a good rule for finishing your many works. Arrange your works and put a circle above each work and write inside it the degree of importance and the time required to complete it. After you arrange them all in this way, you will discover that they are easy and that accumulation is merely an illusion that you created in your mind. I have tried this method many times and have succeeded in accomplishing many tasks. Short tasks, so be careful with them, try them, and pass them on to others.
